On February 1, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between JCHX and Chanhen Group (“Chanhen” in short) in Chengdu. In the light of similar development goals, both parties have agreed to establish a long-term strategic partnership to draw on each other and promote mutual development.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Li Jin, Chairman of Chanhen, and Mr. Wang Xiancheng, Chairman of JCHX Group, with the attendance of Mr. Duan Haoran, President of Chanhen, Mr. Zou Jian, Head of Chanhen Strategic Development department, Mr. Zhang Zhonghua, Head of GM Office, Mr. Yin Shizhou, VP of JCHX Group, Mr. Ye Pingxian, VP of JCHX, and Mr. Wang Chengzhou, Assistant President and GM of JCHX South Branch.
Chanhen is an enterprise mainly engaged in phosphorus chemical industry and phosphate ore development with diversified investment and group management. Over the past 2 decades of development, an economic cycle of phosphorus chemical industry has been established covering mining production, phosphate products production, technological innovation of phosphorus chemical industry, associated resources development and utilization, phosphogypsum production and marketing. Currently, Chanhen holds the Exploitation Permits of phosphate mines respectively in Fuquan City and Weng’an County in Guizhou Province and is involved in phosphate mines development.
Before the signing, a friendly discussion was held. Mr. Li warmly welcomed Mr. Wang and JCHX delegation, and introduced the development and the existing main businesses of Chanhen. He pointed out that JCHX is an influential company in mining sector, and Chanhen and JCHX have many similarities in company culture, company operation and development strategy. There is no doubt that both parties will draw on each other and give full play to enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, so as to promote mutual development and achieve win-win cooperation.
Mr. Wang introduced the development history of JCHX, especially the development of JCHX Kailin Phosphate Mine Project in Kaiyang County of Guizhou Province. Based on the strong implementation of “two markets”, “five business scopes” and “three steps” strategy, JCHX has acquired Liangchahe Phosphate Mine in Kaiyang County, which is of great significance for JCHX to realize “two focuses” respectively on mine construction & contract mining and resources development. Mr. Wang believes that with further survey and development of the Liangchahe Project, there will be enough room for JCHX and Chanhe to cooperate with each other.
After the signing, two parties conducted preliminary discussion over existing potential cooperation.
